Vlasta Burian actually plays a silly fool, but he's such an endearing fool that you just can't resist him. Jaroslav Marvan truly excels as his sidekick here, and together they just click. Zita Kabátová complements them with her beauty and fits in perfectly. Some of the jokes are so great that you can't help but burst into laughter.
