Bad Tales is a pretty average Italian drama, leaning heavily into classic Italian stereotypes and filled with a lot of yelling—especially from the dad, who’s a real piece of work. As usual, the kids take the brunt of it, so there are some emotional moments that are genuinely interesting. But then there are also tense, aggressive scenes that just leave a bad taste in your mouth.
