The Second World War is raging. France is occupied by the German troops. A group of high school students decides to put up resistance. Chemistry lessons come in handy in making explosives which they will use to free the hostages. However, killing of a German soldier will entail serious consequences: two of the students are arrested and shot. (Moscow International Film Festival)
