I probably just remembered it being funnier, but on the other hand, you can't deny that it's packed with ideas, that there's always something happening, and it manages to hold your attention throughout the entire runtime. Terence Hill is in great form here and shows that he can carry the whole film even without Bud Spencer, but Ernest Borgnine indeed complements him excellently.
