Mysterious, troubled, and brilliant--Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky created an emotional array of compositions that captured both his inner demons as well as the time period he lived through. While facts about his life, and particularly his homosexual affairs, are difficult to come by, this dramatic interpretation is blended with a documentary approach led by acclaimed composer Charles Hazlewood. It's both a creative imagining of what Tchaikovsky's turmoil might have been like as well as a detailed analysis of what made his music so special. (texto oficial do distribuidor)
