Stolen Assignment

Sure, it's not a masterpiece, but fitting a complex crime story into this runtime would be nearly impossible. As light entertainment, it wasn't too bad. I actually have to give the creators some credit — it felt more like a film than a stage play, which I wasn’t expecting. The biggest issue was the lack of time to develop the story deeply, so it came off as a superficial quick fix. Then again, maybe the script didn't have much more to offer, even with more time. Despite my complaints, I found myself enjoying it without having to strain my already overworked brain cells. / Lesson learned: Be wary of overly detailed descriptions. (28/06/2024)
