Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths

The Justice League is back. After Justice League: The New Frontier, we also get other attractive names behind the cartoon faces of the popular superheroes. This time, the dubbers include another attractive group, my favorite of which is Gina Torres as Superwoman. The alternate universe plot is great and the new characters are brilliant. A more successful and, in many ways, more sophisticated installment from the DC stable than Justice League: War. I appreciate fresh ideas, so I was pleased to experience a taste from another parallel Earth, where there is an exact opposite of the heroes we know from the league. The story is truly high-quality, not throwing too much information at you, so you can easily follow the main plot. The dialogues seemed more thought-out, and everything made sense. I liked how Luthor from the parallel Earth was a complete opposite of the villain we know as Superman’s central antagonist. Owlman as a ruthless Batman also surprised, and Evil Superman, aka Ultraman, even more so. In my opinion, it's quite difficult to make an animated superhero film that can surprise the viewer and hold their attention throughout, without coming across as childish. Here, everything essentially worked out, and I would definitely place it in the higher echelons. I give it 77%. (08/12/2017)
