Sinopses(1)

An updated re-telling of the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tale "Little Red Riding Hood." The satire begins where the fable last left off, as there's always more to every tale than meets the eye! Furry and feathered cops from the animal world, Chief Grizzly and Detective Bill Stork, investigate a domestic disturbance at Granny's cottage, involving a girl, a wolf and an axe. The charges are many: breaking and entering, disturbing the peace, intent to eat, and wielding an axe without a license. Not to mention, this case might be tied to the elusive "Goody Bandit" who has been stealing the recipes of goody shops everywhere. (texto oficial do distribuidor)

inglês Or: When a woefully unfunny, second-rate animated movie abducts the story of Rashomon and after a series of unlikely coincidences it manages to tell two good jokes. The animation is puke-worthy. I know that, compared to CGI movies, the Hoodwinked! budget was four-times smaller, but it looks a thousand times worse than your average direct-to-video animated movies. It’s not absolutely lame, just indescribably b-o-r-i-n-g. ()

inglês That goat is good, we all laughed out loud, so to speak. Maybe if I hadn't watched it with a bunch of teenage adolescents (read: classmates), I wouldn't have enjoyed it so much and my rating would have been lower. It's just that the atmosphere while watching it does a lot too, and I certainly can't say it was a wasted time. I had fun, you will too if you have friends next to you to watch half of it with. ()

inglês Don't judge a book by its cover, or a very atypical low-budget American animated film about Little Red Riding Hood, who masters martial arts and falls from heights without injury. Then there's the even grittier "innocent" grandmother, an unlucky journalist played by a wolf, or a hyperactive squirrel who is not good at being served anything with caffeine. The animation is terrible, everyone must have noticed that. But the plot and the actual pieces of the larger story worked, and I wasn't bored (though that would be hard in only 70 minutes). In short, a film about an unusual classic character with terrible visuals but a great and funny story. ()
