The creators went a bit overboard with the main character this time. An operation in an ambulance? Sure, I can buy that. But while it's speeding down the road? Come on, they could've at least had it pull over for a minute. That said, Doctor Martin was as entertaining as ever. His no-nonsense, unempathetic approach to patients is always a delight, and his analysis of a kiss was pure genius. It’s these moments that really make the show enjoyable.
