Seniors from around the country hold back the hands of Father Time by taking on the elegant sport of synchronized swimming. Sue, Ellen, Cris, Luther, Monica, and Joyce find themselves pushing their physical boundaries in preparation for the annual U.S. Masters Artistic Swimming Championship.
