Count Duckula is an egotistical vegetarian vampire duck who lives in a castle that can travel anywhere he wants to go. He lives with his servants: Nanny, his large and stupid nanny who always has her arm in a sling, and Igor, his evil butler. While Nanny accidentally destroys furniture and Igor attempts to turn the broccoli chomping duck to the dark side, a vampire hunter lurks around with a wooden stake-in-a-gun and unattractive intentions. inglês Of off all those duck spin-offs, I definitely like Count Duckula better than, for example, Darkwing Duck. Legend has it that years ago, the TV station purchased just 6 random episodes that were unprecedentedly engaging, and yet a sequel was nowhere in sight. Today, the old cartoon is a cherished legend that has sadly returned in a stripped-down DVD release, but this is the first step towards its rediscovery. So if you're in a gloomy mood and you’ve already seen all versions of Dracula, go for the undead Duck for a change. It'll be a nice change. "*That*, Nanny, is the Sahara!" - "Well, I knew it wasn't broadloom!" ()

inglês Castle Duckula! Home for many centuries to a terrible dynasty of vicious vampire ducks. The Counts of Duckula! A “horror" version of DuckTales - nice vampire duck Duckula loves ketchup above all other things and here we get some tales involving his similarly weird, dark chums... Cute, funny, magical and incredibly entertaining. ()
