Vladislava Plančíková

Prior to filming her full-length debut Felvidék, this documentary film student at FTF APAB in Bratislava created a number of short films, the most compelling of which is a personal portrait of deaf Slovak graphic designer Stanislav Lubina entitled If I Found a Cricket in the Grass (2009). She filmed one episode of the documentary series "Other Women" (Playful, 2012) for Slovak Television, in which she focused on five renowned Slovak female artists.
