Soňa Maletz

Soňa Maletzová is a documentary directress and photographer. This year, she graduated from Prague’s Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) with her mid-length documentary on Marián Varga. As a photographer, she has held exhibitions in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland. Her series on Bratislava’s suburbs was acknowledged by the Slovak Press Photo. She also makes music videos, working primarily with the band called Queer Jane.
